Within a 30-day period from the time you receive your product(s), you have the choice to exchange or return them. These 30 days begin from the moment you or a specified individual, excluding the delivery person, take possession of the products. Returning is completely cost-free.

How to recognise a real and original HIP ORGNL®?

Everything from HIP ORGNL® possesses unique characteristics. These are never entirely replicable and/or they are legally protected. This allows you to identify when encountering a 'counterfeit'. Our wall art is crafted from premium materials: high-quality aluminum premium dibond with a matte finish, providing a luxurious touch.

It is entirely different from materials like a paper poster (rolled in a tube) or canvas fabric. Where can I hang my HIP ORGNL® wall art?

You can hang HIP ORGNL® wall art  in almost any location. Due to the sturdy material, they are suitable for various types of walls, both textured and smooth. You can also use our wall art with systems like a rail system.

Want to hang your wall art outdoors? This is also possible. HIP ORGNL® wall art is UV and water-resistant. However, we recommend choosing a sheltered spot, such as under a canopy.

Please note that we do not provide guarantees for damage caused by weather conditions. For outdoor use, we also offer special HIP ORGNL® outdoor posters.

Which sizes should I choose or do I see in the images online?

Are customised designs possible?

We are always open to special requests. Would you like a custom made design or would you like to have a HIP ORGNL® design in a different style or color, then it is possible to have it specially customized. Would you like a HIP ORGNL® design with a small adjustment in for example the color or size? Send an e-mail to service@hiporgnl.com. Put in your email which wall decoration you would like to see customized. Our designers will then create a sample. If it is to your liking you can easily order it. We will send instructions about this. If necessary, leave a phone number so we can contact you by phone. We will respond to your request as soon as possible. Cancel your order?

Did you place an incorrect order or do you wish to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you can always return it within 30 days. Follow the return instructions in the question: 'How do I return my order?'

How and when can I use my discount code?

Our discount codes always have a specific validity period, which is usually communicated alongside the code. Additionally, the code can often be used when there's a fixed promotion in the webshop, allowing you to benefit from double discounts. However, the codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or exclusive offers. During checkout, you will see if your discount is applied. Material

My outdoor poster has wrinkles?

When you take the outdoor poster out of its packaging, it may still be a little wrinkled. This will go away by itself after the poster has been unpacked. The garden poster will eventually be completely wrinkle free.

What material is HIP ORGNL® wall art made of?

All HIP ORGNL® wall art (excluding the outdoor posters) is crafted from durable, sturdy, and dimensionally stable premium dibond material. This material is highly favored in galleries for its luxurious appearance, smooth texture, and the high-quality representation of colors. Additionally, all wall decorations feature a stunning matte finish. The premium dibond material consists of three layers: two layers of aluminum and a polymer core. The total thickness of the material is 3mm. A special layer on the front enhances color vibrancy and preserves the intensity of the colors. It is undoubtedly one of the most exquisite materials for wall decor.

What material are the HIP ORGNL® Garden Dreams outdoor posters made of?

All HIP ORGNL® outdoor posters are made of premium outdoor material (durable polyester). This lightweight fabric can be rolled up and recycled. The material brings out the colors exceptionally well and has a gorgeous finish. The ink on our garden posters is UV-resistant so the beautiful colors retain their intensity and brightness.

The material is weatherproof and water repellent and will stay beautiful, even throughout the winter months. The surface does not give off a reflective glare in the sun. HIP ORGNL® garden posters are designed for outdoor use and can be hung on a garden fence or wall, in a covered outdoor seating area, on a deck, patio or balcony.

What material are the HIP ORGNL® Cushions made of?

The decorative pillows from the HIP ORGNL® Cushions collection are made of a soft, premium polyester fabric with a matte finish. This fabric is iron-free, dimensionally stable (firm) and very strong. The color in the fabric is extra bright because of the way the ink is put into the fabric at a very high temperature. This makes the colors of the decorative pillows even more beautiful than with many other types of fabric. Fabric is also very resistant to intensive use and external influences, such as UV rays, ironing or washing. The colors are thus beautifully preserved.

Is the wall art also suitable for the bathroom or outdoor use?

You can indeed hang our indoor wall art in the bathroom or outdoors. They are waterproof and even UV-resistant. However, hanging HIP ORGNL® wall art or wall circles outside is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that it won't be damaged by certain weather conditions (strong winds, hail, storms, etc.). Therefore, we recommend hanging the wall art in a more sheltered location to keep it looking beautiful for longer. If the wall art is clearly damaged due to weather conditions, we cannot guarantee the right to return. Additionally, we have a special outdoor collection with garden posters, specifically designed for outdoor use.

Hanging your wall art

How do I hang my wall art?

Each HIP ORGNL® wall art comes with a complementary pre-mounted suspension system.

With each piece of wall art, screw(s) and anchor(s) are also provided.

You can hang our artwork with the suspension system on nearly any wall, whether textured or smooth.

You can also use the suspension system in combination with, for example, a rail system or existing screws in the wall, as long as it is sturdy enough. Hanging our wall-art couldn't be easier!

Are there different suspension systems?

All the suspension systems are identical, but they can vary in size depending on the size of the wall art or wall circle.

How do you hang an outdoor poster?

When you unpack the outdoor poster, it might have some wrinkles. These wrinkles will naturally disappear once it's unrolled. In each corner of the outdoor poster, there are special metal rings provided, allowing you to easily hang the outdoor poster using screws and nails, optionally combined with zip ties (not included). In no time, you'll be enjoying a beautiful HIP ORGNL® Garden Dreams outdoor poster!

How do I hang a wall circle straight on the wall?

All HIP ORGNL® wall circles come with a standard pre-mounted hanging system on the back.

There is also an additional spacer on the back. This way, you can easily hang the wall circle straight on the wall.

You can hang the wall circles with the pre-mounted suspension system on nearly any wall, whether textured or smooth.

The hanging system can also be used in combination with, for example, a rail system.

Can I hang the wall art on a rail system?

Yes, this is possible.

What is the white block on the back of the wall art?

Maybe you have been thinking about it for a few hours or have Googled it ten times, but you still haven't figured it out.

Due to the suspension system, your wall art will be slightly spaced from the wall, as the suspension system takes up a few inches of space (naturally).

The white block is called a 'spacer' and is there to create the same distance from the wall on the bottom of the wall art, compared to the hanging system. This ensures it hangs straight and a bit away from the wall. This creates a very nice floating effect.

What does the suspension system look like?

The suspension system is pre-mounted on the back of each wall art or wall circle.

It is a bar/plate that allows you to hang the wall decoration on screws in the wall.

There is also a spacer on the back of every wall art and wall circle (white block), ensuring that the artwork always hangs straight on the wall. The screws and plugs are provided for free. Hanging the wall art is thus very easy!

 

Can I remove an attached suspension system?

We advise you not to remove the pre-mounted suspension system from the wall art.

If you still wish to do so, you can carefully use a sharp knife. However, we cannot provide any guarantees for this process.

Do the products look the same in real life as they do on the website (images)?

The images on the website have been created as faithfully as possible to reality. This means that what you see on your screen is what you can expect in real life. They closely correspond to each other.

Product information

How do I clean the decorative cushions?

Cleaning the decorative cushions from the HIP ORGNL® Cushions collection is easy. You can wash the cushion covers (at 86 °F) and iron them (up to 230 °F). We recommend placing them inside out in the washing machine or using a laundry bag. This helps preserve the colors better.

You should not put the cushion covers in the dryer or bleach them. This can be harmful to the fabric. Instead, consider drying them by hanging them on a clothesline, for example.

How do I maintain the outdoor poster?

All garden posters are crafted from premium, luxurious outdoor material (durable polyester). The material is weather-resistant and water-repellent. As a result, HIP ORGNL® garden posters are ideal for outdoor use, such as on a fence or garden wall, under a canopy, or on a rooftop terrace or balcony.

You can effortlessly clean them by wiping with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive sponges, coarse fabrics, or cleaning agents. Keep in mind that some detergents may contain components that could impact the ink.

My outdoor poster has wrinkles?

When you take the outdoor poster out of its packaging, it may still be a little wrinkled. This will go away by itself after the poster has been unpacked. The garden poster will eventually be completely wrinkle free.

Do the products look the same in real life as they do on the website (images)?

The images on the website have been created as faithfully as possible to reality. This means that what you see on your screen is what you can expect in real life. They closely correspond to each other.

However, not everyone has the same type of screen (retina, warmer tones, etc.). Moreover, each screen has its unique illumination and lighting (brighter or even darker). As a result, a screen often displays an image slightly brighter due to its lighting conditions. Please take this into account when viewing the wall decorations on the website.

Do the images on the wall art change with a smaller or larger format?

No, that's not the case. The image of the wall art (as seen in the photos on the website) remains consistent, regardless of the chosen size. For instance, when selecting a larger or smaller size, the image will not be zoomed in or out.

How do I keep my HIP ORGNL® wall art clean?

A helpful tip is to avoid touching or handling the front of the wall art (the image) with greasy fingers. This can lead to quicker smudging or staining.

If you want to remove stains, use a clean dry cloth to gently wipe it off, and a slightly damp cloth with minimal moisture to carefully clean the stains (avoid rubbing too hard). The wall decorations are water-resistant, but we advise caution when cleaning. Vigorous rubbing from a cleaning cloth can potentially affect the ink.

Do not use scouring sponges, rough cloths, or cleaning agents. Cleaning agents may also contain components that could affect the ink.

What is the white block on the back of the wall art?

Maybe you have been thinking about it for a few hours or have Googled it ten times, but you still haven't figured it out.

Due to the suspension system, your wall art will be slightly spaced from the wall, as the suspension system takes up a few inches of space (naturally).

The white block is called a 'spacer' and is there to create the same distance from the wall on the bottom of the wall art, compared to the hanging system. This ensures it hangs straight and a bit away from the wall. This creates a very nice floating effect.

What does the suspension system look like?

The suspension system is pre-mounted on the back of each wall art or wall circle.

It is a bar/plate that allows you to hang the wall decoration on screws in the wall.

There is also a spacer on the back of every wall art and wall circle (white block), ensuring that the artwork always hangs straight on the wall. The screws and plugs are provided for free. Hanging the wall art is thus very easy!

 

Is a suspension system included with my wall art?

What material is HIP ORGNL® wall art made of?

All HIP ORGNL® wall art (excluding the outdoor posters) is crafted from durable, sturdy, and dimensionally stable premium dibond material. This material is highly favored in galleries for its luxurious appearance, smooth texture, and the high-quality representation of colors. Additionally, all wall decorations feature a stunning matte finish. The premium dibond material consists of three layers: two layers of aluminum and a polymer core. The total thickness of the material is 3mm. A special layer on the front enhances color vibrancy and preserves the intensity of the colors. It is undoubtedly one of the most exquisite materials for wall decor.

What material are the HIP ORGNL® Garden Dreams outdoor posters made of?

All HIP ORGNL® outdoor posters are made of premium outdoor material (durable polyester). This lightweight fabric can be rolled up and recycled. The material brings out the colors exceptionally well and has a gorgeous finish. The ink on our garden posters is UV-resistant so the beautiful colors retain their intensity and brightness.

The material is weatherproof and water repellent and will stay beautiful, even throughout the winter months. The surface does not give off a reflective glare in the sun. HIP ORGNL® garden posters are designed for outdoor use and can be hung on a garden fence or wall, in a covered outdoor seating area, on a deck, patio or balcony.

What material are the HIP ORGNL® Cushions made of?

The decorative pillows from the HIP ORGNL® Cushions collection are made of a soft, premium polyester fabric with a matte finish. This fabric is iron-free, dimensionally stable (firm) and very strong. The color in the fabric is extra bright because of the way the ink is put into the fabric at a very high temperature. This makes the colors of the decorative pillows even more beautiful than with many other types of fabric. Fabric is also very resistant to intensive use and external influences, such as UV rays, ironing or washing. The colors are thus beautifully preserved.

Where can I hang my HIP ORGNL® wall art?

You can hang HIP ORGNL® wall art  in almost any location. Due to the sturdy material, they are suitable for various types of walls, both textured and smooth. You can also use our wall art with systems like a rail system.

Want to hang your wall art outdoors? This is also possible. HIP ORGNL® wall art is UV and water-resistant. However, we recommend choosing a sheltered spot, such as under a canopy.

Please note that we do not provide guarantees for damage caused by weather conditions. For outdoor use, we also offer special HIP ORGNL® outdoor posters.

What is the weight of the wall decorations?

Our wall art is not overly heavy, but they do have some weight due to their construction using sturdy and 0.118-inch thick premium aluminum dibond material (high quality). Virtually any suspension system or wall should be able to support the wall art and wall circles from HIP ORGNL®. You can indeed hang our indoor wall art in the bathroom or outdoors. They are waterproof and even UV-resistant. However, hanging HIP ORGNL® wall art or wall circles outside is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that it won't be damaged by certain weather conditions (strong winds, hail, storms, etc.). Therefore, we recommend hanging the wall art in a more sheltered location to keep it looking beautiful for longer. If the wall art is clearly damaged due to weather conditions, we cannot guarantee the right to return. Additionally, we have a special outdoor collection with garden posters, specifically designed for outdoor use.

Do I perceive a damage, or is this an intended part of the artwork?

This might appear to be an unusual inquiry, but it is particularly relevant with our HIP ORGNL® Masters collection. This collection comprises paintings by historical Dutch masters, many of which are several centuries old. Given the passage of time, the original artworks have endured various forms of deterioration. Despite our efforts to enhance the visual aspects, certain "scratches" are inherent within the original artwork's craquelure, for instance. These imperfections contribute to its genuine appearance. In most cases, you can also physically detect material damage (such as holes or irregularities).

If you still have uncertainties after receiving this information, such as whether a particular line is an actual scratch, please don't hesitate to reach out by sending an email to service@hiporgnl.com along with images of the artwork. We will be more than happy to examine it on your behalf. Should it indeed be deemed as damage, we will promptly address the situation.
